Unit 2《The Olympic Games》 Period 4 Listening The General Idea of This Period： This period aims at listening to three stories：the story of Atlanta，Phidippides’ journey to ask for help and the passing of the Olympic torch.When accomplishing the listening tasks，train the students’ two skills—predicting the content of the listening texts by looking through the questions before listening and understanding general idea and getting detailed information by catching some key words and sentences. Teaching Aims： Make sure the students get the beginning（cause），development and result of the three storie
