PAGE II 昆明理工大学 工程项目管理课程论文 浅析工程监理企业发展项目管理 服务的转型 教学院系： 建筑工程学院 专 业 工程管理 学生姓名： 邓平伟 指导教师姓名、职称： 严伟（副教授） 2016年10月25日 PAGE IV 浅析工程监理企业发展项目管理服务的转型 （昆明理工大学工程项目管理课程论文） 研究生：邓平伟 导师：严伟 摘 要：工程监理制度自1988年提出至今，对我国建筑市场的发展起到了非常积极的作用，但随着国民经济发展和市场进一步开放，工程监理制和工程监理企业的弊端越来越明显。2003年至今国务院建设主管部门出台了一系列培育和发展工程项目管理企业的指导意见和办法，2014年又发文指出要进一步调整强制监理的范围。在强制监理的范围可能缩小、工程咨询服务将进一步市场??的情况下，工程监理企业为了继续生存就必须寻求转型发展。本文首先采用搜集和查阅企业资料与统计数据等方法，分析国内外监理企业及项目管理服务业态的总体情况，了解国内监理企业和项目管理服务的发展现状。其次论文从国内工程监理企业的业务范围、取费标准、运行机制三个方面分析了监理企业存在的问题，进而阐述了监理企业发展项目管理服务的必要性，最后本文针对监理企业在发展项目管理服务的转型过程中遇到的问题进行分析并提出了具体应对策略。 关键词：工程监理企业；项目管理服务；转型Analysis on the transformation of the project management service of engineering supervision enterprise （Kunming University of Science and Technology project management course） Graduate student: DengPingwei tutor: YanWei ABSTRACT: The engineering supervision system since 1988 has been put forward, a positive effect on the development of Chinas construction market, but with the development of the national economy and the market further opening, the engineering supervision system and engineering supervision enterprises more and more obvious drawbacks.
