专题十一:非谓语动词;一、动词不定式:to+动词原形;not to+动词原形 1、不定式做主语:常常用it作形式主语,把不定式放在后面; To speak English is not easy for us. It is not easy for us to speak English. 2、不定式作表语: My work is to clean the room every day. 3、不定式作宾语:ask, begin, choose, continue, decide, fail, expect, forget, hate, help, hope, learn, like, manage, mean, need, offer, plan, prefer, promise, refuse, try, wait, want, wish, afford, agree, start, know等 4、不定式作定语:(1)放在所修饰名词或代词之后; He was the first person to come to the classroom. (2)不定式修饰something, anything, nothing时,放在后面, something, anything, nothing+形容词+不定式 I had something cold to drink. ;5、不定式作宾语补足语:tell, ask, want, allow, get, would like, encourage后跟动词不定式作宾语补足语; Mother asks me ____ computer games before finishing my homework. A. not play; B. to play; C.not to play; D. to not play 6、不定式作状语:在不及物动词或形容词后座状语; He went to America to learn English. They sleep together to keep warm. Im sorry to hear that. Im glad to see you again. 二、动名词:动词原形+ing 1、动名词作主语:谓语动词用单数 Eating too much is bad for your health. 2、动名词作动词宾语:表示一般的习惯或抽象行为或经常性动作 I like playing basketball very much. ;3、动名词作介词宾语:表示一般的习惯或抽象行为或经常性动作 Stamps are used for sending letters. 4、动名词作表语: His hobby is collecting stamps. 5、动名词作定语:表面它所修饰的词的用途、所属关系等,置于 修饰词之前; She is in the reading room. We should improve our teaching methods. 注意:finish, enjoy, mind, miss, be worth, practice, spend, have fun, have trouble/problems (in)等动词后常跟动名词。 三、分词:现在分词:动词原形+ing; 过去分词:动词原形+ed; 1、作定语:Do you know the girl standing under the tree. Please hand in your written exercises. 2、作状语:The students went out of the classroom, talking and laughing.;3、作表语:The boy is too frightened to move. 4、作补语:(1) Dont keep us waiting for a long time. (2) I heard him singing in the classroom. (3) Hell have his hair cut after school.;易混知识 一、动词不定式的主语句型和注意事项: 1、不定式的否定句: (1) 不定式的否定式为:not+不定式,常与ask(tell) sb to do sth. She asked me (not) to drive her to the station. (2)不定式的否定式和否定句的区别: I didnt ask him to open the door. I asked him not to open the door. 2、疑问词+不定式: 不定
