第 42卷 第7期 2011年 7月 东 北 农 业 大 学 学 报 Journal of Noahe~t A cultural University 42(7)：139-142 July 2011 辣椒叶柄解剖结构数量特性的研究 安福全 ，于龙凤 ，李富恒 (1．临沧师范高等专科学校，云南 临沧 677000；2．东北农业大学生命科学学院，哈尔滨 150030) 摘 要：通过对辣椒不同品种幼苗不同节位叶柄的组织结构横切进行观察。结果表明，不同品种辣椒维管束 间细胞层数相对稳定，叶柄中维管柬间细胞层数约为10；随着节位的变化，其皮层细胞层数、横切直径大小略有 差异，其中第2、4节位细胞层数最多，横切直径最大；皮层内大的薄壁细胞直径与维管束两端口间距离、维管 束面积及叶柄横切面积显著相关，相关系数分别为 0．984、0．964、0．985，叶柄基部维管束两端口间距离与叶柄基 部维管束面积及叶柄横切面积显著相关，相关系数分别为0．936、0．987，叶柄基部维管束面积与叶柄基部横切面 积显著相关，相关系数为0．964。说明叶柄的增粗与维管束发育水平相关。 关键词：辣椒；叶柄；解剖结构；数量特性 中图分类号：$641．3；Q944．52 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1005—9369(2011)07—0139一o4 Analysis on quantity characteristics of pepper petiole S anatomical structures／AN Fuquan’，YU Longfeng’，LI Fuheng (1．Lincang Teachers’Colege，Lincang Yunnan 677000，China；2．College of Life Sciences，Northeast Agricultural University，Harbin 1 50030， China) Abstract：This paper mainly based on the observation of cross·section organizational structure of diferent varieties of pepper seedlings’petiole in diferent nodes．The results showed that the cel layers of vascular bundle of diferent peppers were relatively stabile．The number of cel layers between the vascular bundles in petioles was about 1 0；with the change of nodes，the cortical cel layers and the diameter of CROSS—section were slightly diferent，of which the second node and the fourth node had both the largest cel layers and the largest cross-section diameter；the cel diameter within the biggest cels in dermal epithelium was relative with the distance betw een tw o extreme of vascular bundle，vascular bundle area，petiole transaction area．The related figures were 0．984，0．964。and 0．985，respectively．The distance between two extreme of vascular bundle was relative with the vascular bundle area and the petiole transaction area．The related figures were 0．936 and 0．987．The vascular bundle area was relative with the petiole transaction area．The related figure was 0．964．Description petiole vascular thickening and related developmental Ieve1． Key words：
