　　以奥沙利铂为主的化疗的药学监护的论文 【摘要】目的 阐述在以奥沙利铂为主的化疗中药学监护的重要作用。 方法 抽取我院2009年1月～2010年10月应用奥沙利铂和氟尿嘧啶化疗的大肠癌患者30例，进行药学监护情况的总结。结果 一般情况改善29例( 90.6%) , 明显改善23 例( 71.8%)。26例( 81.2%)生活质量明显提高主要表现为大便次数明显减少, 血便消失, 体重增加。发生神经毒性反应数28例（93.3%）。结论 通过适时的药学监护，防止因为不能耐受不良反应而中断治疗，可以最大限度的提高患者的生活质量和总生存率。 【关键词】奥沙利铂 神经系统毒性 药学监护 【abstract】objective：to brief the important function of oxaliplatin-containing regimen in pharmaceutical care. methods: to carry on pharmaceutical care of l-ohp bined ent of 30 patients proved,.the performance is frequency of stool reduced, bloody stool disappear,ent discontinued in the case of intolerant
