·2091· ·中医·中西医结合研究· 背部腧穴排列拔罐治疗颈椎病疗效观察 韩 斐，李 秋，赵晓东 【摘要】 目的 观察背部腧穴排列拔罐治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 依据第 2 届颈椎病专题座谈会制定的诊 断标准，选取 50 例颈椎病患者，其中颈型 20 例，神经根型 15 例，交感型 10 例，脊髓型 5 例。均给予背部腧穴排列拔 罐法治疗，根据病情 1 次 /2 d，7 次为 1 个疗程。结果 治疗 1 个疗程后，50 例患者症状明显改善，其中临床治愈 15 例，显效 28 例，有效 7 例，总有效率为 100% 。结论 采用背部腧穴排列拔罐法治疗颈椎病能显著提高临床疗效，且 经济、便捷、安全。 【关键词】 颈椎病; 穴位，背部; 拔罐; 治疗结果 【中图分类号】R 681. 531 R 244. 3 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007 － 9572 ( 2012) 06 － 2091 － 02 Clinical Efficacy of Arranged Ventouse on Back Acupuncture Points in the Treatment of Cervical Disease HAN Fei，LI Qiu，ZHAO Xiao － dong. Methods According the diagnosing criteria established in the 2nd symposium on cervical spondylosis， 50 cases of cervical spondylosis were selected，among which 20 cases were neck type，15 cases were nerve root type，10 cases were sympathetic type and 5 cases were spinal cord type. All these patients were treated by ventouse on back acupuncture points once for every two days depending on their own condition with seven times a course. Results After a course of treatment，50 pa- tients were significantly improved，among which 15 cases were cured，28 cases were significantly improved and 7 cases were im- proved with a total effective rate of 100% . Conclusion The arranged ventouse on back acupuncture points can significantly im- prove the efficacy in the treatment of cervical disease
