寂静的腾格里 The?Deserted?Tengger 民勤县位于甘肃省西北部，东、西、北三面被腾格里和巴丹吉林大沙漠包围。民勤人把沙漠中湖水众多的地方称为“湖区”。人们在这里定居，以放牧为生，历史上这里曾“粮棉繁盛 驼羊成群” 二十世纪中叶以后，生态环境遭到破坏，干旱和风沙困扰着湖区的牧民，很多牧民搬出湖区，到沙漠之外的农村去定居。自2006年开始，民勤县先后颁布《关于对全县农业乡镇实行常年禁牧的通告》，《民勤县封沙禁牧实施细则》为保护沙漠生态环境全面禁止放牧。越来越多的牧民选择搬出沙漠。 Minqin County is located in the northwest Gansu Province.Its east, west and north are surrounded by the Tengger and Badain Jaran desert. Since 2006, with the aim of protecting the ecological environment of desert by complete prohibition of grazing, Minqin County government has successively promulgated “Announcement on the Implementation of Minqin County’s Perennial Grazing Prohibition in Agricultural Townships , The Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Minqin County’s Sealing Desert and Grazing Prohibition”.
