摘 要
本课题的主要内容是对电动三轮车的悬架以及少片钢板弹簧,减震器等零部件进行设计计算。通过查阅相关资料,传统的电动三轮车减震性能及效果都比较差,在快速行驶的过程中容易出现颠簸,使驾驶人疲劳,不舒服。决定三轮电动车的平稳性的结构是减震机构。与传动电动车悬架对比,为了更好的实现减震效果,本次设计的电动车后悬架是由少片钢板弹簧和液压减震器组成。少片钢板弹簧具有分散力矩的功能,使车体不会受到严重的抖动或晃动,再配合液压减震器的使用,使少片弹簧分解的力矩更容易散发,进一步保证三轮车的平稳行驶。电动三轮车前悬架使用双筒液压减震器,保持前后一致的减震性,提高驾驶员的舒适度。车的减震性能对于驾驶员的驾驶至关重要,所以本课题采用了组合效率较高的减震方案。这次设计利用AUTOCAD软件对零件图及装配图进行绘制。下面的文章会对相应的零部件进行详细 设计和计算

Abstract
The main content of this topic is the suspension of the electric tricycle and little piece of leaf spring and shock absorber parts such as design and calculation. Through access to relevant data, the traditional electric tricycle damping properties and the effect is more bad, in the process of driving fast prone to turbulence, make the driver fatigue, uncomfortable. Decided to three rounds of electric vehicles is the structure of the damping mechanism. Compared with drive electric vehicle suspension, in order to achieve better damping effect, the design of the electric car rear suspension is consists of a little piece of leaf spring and hydraulic shock absorbers. Little piece of leaf spring has the function of dispersing moment make car body will not be serious jitter or shaking, coupled with the use of hydraulic shock absorber, make it easier for leaf spring break down less torque distribution, further to ensure that the tricycle run smoothly. Electric tricycle front suspension using binocular hydraulic shock absorber, maintain consistent vibration, improve the drivers comfort. Shock absorption performance is vital for a drivers car, so this subject adopts the combination efficiency high damping scheme.
