毕业设计(论文) 透明膜包装机 （传动部件设计） 学 号：姓 名：专 业：机械工程及自动化系 别：机械与电气工程系指导教师：副教授 二○一四年五月摘 要 透明膜包装机又被称为三维包装机，是近年来才兴起的新型包装机械，是新一代透明膜替代纸盒的机电一体化产品，广泛应用于医药、食品、化妆品及其它的盒外透明膜三维贴体包装。它采用机、电、气一体化技术，通过对单盒进行自动堆叠上料、码垛整理，完成中盒包装，可单机使用、联机使用、对接使用。该机电气控制系统逻辑关系严格，机械传动系统稳定、自动化程度高，安全保护措施齐全，性能可靠、操作、调整、维修方便。 全套图纸，三维加153893706 PAGE i 通过该机包装的产品，外观美观、整齐、统一、封日严密，从而提高了产品包装的质量，增强了产品销售的竞争力。通过使用该机，可以大幅度地提高生产效率，降低劳动强度，节约原材料，降低产品的成本。 本课题主要是对透明膜包装机总体结构进行设计，其中包括机架部件、电机部件、传动部件、走膜部件、进盒部件、推盒部件、送纸部件、折角部件、热烫部件和电气部件等结构，利用三维设计软件—PROE进行实体造型。在整个设计过程中，从前期单个零件的设计到后期的部件装配，再到后期的整体装配和运动仿真，我们深入解析了透明膜包装机的总体结构和设计过程。通过市场调研发现，该产品很有市场前景，可以作为企业的重点发展方向。 关键词：透明膜包装机；传动部件；三维造型；市场调研 PAGE ii ABSTRACT Transparent film packaging machine is also known as Tree dimensional packaging machine, is a new packaging machinery, which emerged in recent years is a new generation of transparent membrane replacement cartons of electromechanical integration products, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and other transparent membrane three dimensional packaging outside the box.
