Tuvalu has a population of 11,000 people. Tuvalu is only 6 feet above sea level and will soon be gone. In Bangladesh, rising ocean levels have flooded their rice fields with salt water. Salt water is now destroying their fresh water resources. Since rice provides nearly all the food source of its huge population, and their water supplies are endangered, so the population of Bangladesh will soon be faced with having to move away.; Where will these people go? Global warming will force these people to move to another nation and may cause a vast a mount of problems not only for themselves but for the population of the nations that will be flooded with millions of people escaping the rising ocean. ; The main contributing factor of global warming is the production of greenhouse gases. When these polar caps melt, a huge amount of methane is released into the atmosphere causing additional warming. This gas in addition to CO2 is responsible for separating our atmosphere and causing the earth to gain more heat. Of course, this contributes to further melting of our polar caps and glaciers
