　　硒对砷染毒致雄性大鼠生殖损害的拮抗作用的论文 【摘要】 目的 探讨硒对高砷所致雄性大鼠生殖损害的拮抗作用。方法 50只雄性g/l）组、砷加低硒（0.5mg/l亚硒酸钠）组、砷（as2o3150mg/l）加硒（2.0mg/l亚硒酸钠）组、砷（as2o3150mg/l）加高硒（4.0mg/l亚硒酸钠）组5组，通过饮水加砷、加硒的方法染毒10周。观察砷、硒对大鼠体重、睾丸和附睾质量及其脏器系数，精子计数、活动率及畸形率，睾丸、附睾生化标志酶，血清性激素，睾丸组织病理切片以及初级精母细胞染色体畸形率的影响。结果 ①右侧睾丸质量对照组与砷加高硒组相比差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。②砷组精子计数、精子畸形率、精子活动率、乳酸脱氢酶、睾丸酮和促黄体生成激素与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。③睾丸组织病理学检查结果显示，砷组与对照组比较结构较疏松，砷加低、中、高硒组与砷组比较结构相对完整。④初级精母细胞染色体畸形率结果显示，4组染毒组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）。结论 硒可拮抗高砷的雄性生殖毒性，以中等剂量硒效果最好。 【关键词】 硒; 砷; 拮抗作用; 雄性生殖毒性 experimental study on the antagonism of selenium on male reproductive toxicity of excessive arsenicc guo guihua,yang li,shen zhenhua,et al (department of basic medicine,qiannan medical college for nationalities,duyun guizhou 558000,china) abstract:objective to study the antagonism of selenium on male reproductive toxicity induced by excessive arsenic.methods 50 male ly divided into five groups:control group,arsenic group,arsenic plus lo,arsenic plus middose selenium and arsenic plus highdose selenium groups.after the animals ented itis and its organic coefficient easured and calculated,the count of sperm and the rates of sperm mobility and aberration testosterone (t) and luteinizing hormone (lh) ined,meanosome aberration of primary spermatocytes group as pared to control group.②the sperm count, the aberration rate of sperm,the rate of sperm mobility, the levels of ldh and t in serum,and the lh level icrostructure of testis iddle,and high doses of selenium could significantly alleviate the pathological alteration of testis induced by arsenic.④no significant difference (p＞0.05) treatments in the rate of chromosome aberration of primary spermatocytes as pared to control group.conclusion arsenic can result in reproductive toxicity in mate rats,and appropriate selenium take can antagonize the toxicity of arsenic. key ;arsenic;antagonism;male reproductive toxicity 砷是一种自然界广泛存在，并有类金属特性的元素，其化合物主要以三氧化二砷、二硫化二砷（雄黄）、三硫化二砷（雌黄）、硫砷化铁的形式存在。.长期暴露在含砷高的环境中，可以引起急、慢性砷中毒、致畸、致突变和致癌
