Methods 1040 patients performed 3D DCE MRA scan were analyzed retrospectively. Blood vessels were reconstructed by maximum intensity projectiong (MIP) for the all patients performed 3D propeller LAVA, and then were done by volume redering (VR) for the patients with doublful variation of IVC. Results The incidence rate of variant inferior vena cava was 0.58% ( 6 / 1040), including 4 cases of double inferior vena cava, 2 cases of left inferior vena cava. Conclusion 3D DCE MRA can clearly show the variation of IVC.
