Results B ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian pregnancy compliance rate was 44% (11 / 25), 14 cases of misdiagnosis of 56%. ovarian pregnancy two-dimensional image features into the following 3 types: type (gestational sac type) in 5 cases , accounting for 20%; type (not homogeneous hyperechoic or mixed echo type) in 7 cases, accounting for 28%; type (clutter echo type) in 13 cases, accounting for 52%. Conclusion B ultrasound diagnosis of early ovarian pregnancy is important clinical value for clinicians on diagnosis and treatment of ovarian pregnancy provided.
