The results after the model, the model group whole blood viscosity, reduced viscosity of whole blood and plasma viscosity were significantly increased , erythrocyte sedimentation rate and sedimentation equation K value increased, erythrocyte aggregation index and significantly increased erythrocyte deformation index, conjunctival microcirculation flow integral form of integration and significantly higher (P lt;0.01 ~ 0.05). Compared with model group, Dan Long wake medium and large doses of brain slices whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate K value, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index decreased significantly, conjunctival microcirculation flow form integral calculus and also significantly lower ( P lt;0.01 ~ 0.05). Conclusion DLXNP dextran polymer can improve the canine model of blood stasis due to blood viscosity, improve microcirculation. which is probably one of the mechanisms the role of blood circulation.
