Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 41 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 5 cases of adjacent normal liver tissue E cadherin and the expression of HSP70. Results: E cadherin in normal liver tissue was highly expressed in HCC and the expression decreased with the degree of differentiation, some poorly differentiated HCC tissue loss (P lt;0.05); HSP70 in HCC expression increased compared with the normal group the difference was significant, and with the differentiation of the. correlation analysis showed E cadherin and HSP70 expression in HCC, negative correlation (r =- 0.322, P lt;0.05). CONCLUSION: HCC in, E cadherin was decreased, HSP70 expression increased, suggesting that both the invasion and metastasis in HCC there is some correlation.
