Methods such as by clinical and laboratory examination confirmed cases of acute pancreatitis, 26 cases involving retrospectively analyzed the CT features of retroperitoneal space, CT examination, including plain and enhanced portal vein phase scans. Result in different anatomical regions, inflammation in the retroperitoneal space in a different (pre-pararenal space, perirenal space and posterior pararenal space) to create a different distribution characteristics and the corresponding CT features; inflammation in the spread of the inter-gap is widespread. Conclusion CT examination may be comprehensive, and accurate of acute pancreatitis in the spread of inflammation involving the retroperitoneal space scope and location.
