A 23-year-old male patient complained of dizziness, weakness, pale and half of oliguria 4-day hospital treatment. In the blood dialysis and drug treatment, the patient’s condition significantly improved symptoms of acute renal failure, urine output increased, serum creatinine and BUN from 1031 μmol / L, 43.12 mmol / L decreased to normal and 8.92 mmol / L. The appropriate drugs, hemodialysis and comprehensive treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia patients with acute renal failure can achieve satisfactory results.
