The results of three groups after CKMB, cTnI, MDA values were significantly higher than that preoperatively; compared with group A: group B and group C patients with less dopamine, group C was significantly shorter time of cardiac arrest, group B after the opening of two h CKMB, 6 h MDA, after the opening of a significant reduction in cTnI at each time point, group C after the opening of 2 h, 6 h CKMB, and at each time point after the opening of MDA, cTnI were significantly reduced; Adenosine deal between the two groups (B groups, and C) comparison: Group C cTnI at 16 h significantly reduced, the remaining time points showed no significant difference.
