Methods A retrospective analysis of nearly a year of Cardiology, 38 patients with acute myocardial infarction with slow arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment of hospitalized patients. Results 9 patients died during hospitalization, the remaining 29 patients discharged improved. Most of ventricular rate in patients with an enhanced drug therapy and thrombolysis, percutaneous coronary intervention after a slow arrhythmia improved. 3 patients to install a temporary cardiac pacemaker, only 1 patient to install a permanent pacemaker. Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction in patients with slow arrhythmia reperfusion therapy is still the main treatment for severe slow arrhythmia that can be installed on temporary and permanent cardiac pacemaker. Methods 38 patients were treated in the department of cardiology in nearly one years. Results 9 patients were died in the hospital. The rest 29 patients left hospital. The bradyarrhythmia of most patients could be improved by both of the drugs which can elevate heart rate and dissolve thrombus and the treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). There are 3 patients which were treated by temporary pacemaker and only 1 patient who was treated by permanent pacemaker at last. Conclusion The key of the therapy for the acute myocardial infraction patients with bradyarrhythmia is reperfusion.
