Application of RT  PCR detection of arsenic sulfide before and after NB4, K562, U937 cells pnas  2 gene expression and acute leukemia patients before and after treatment pnas  2 gene expression changes. The results showed that: NB4 cells after arsenic sulfide pnas  2 expression significantly down-regulated, and which were time-dependent manner; while K562 and U937 cells after arsenic sulfide pnas  2 gene expression was not changed significantly. Patients with acute leukemia before treatment pnas  2 expression positive rate was 100%, significantly higher than the normal control group; by the non-arsenic sulfide, after induction chemotherapy, complete remission of patients pnas  2 gene expression in all turned negative; but have not achieved remission Case pnas  2 gene expression is still positive, no significant change compared with before chemotherapy.
