The use of real-time quantitative PCR (TaqMan) were detected 61 cases of B-cell tumors (adult B  ALL 20 cases of child B  ALL 6 Li, B  CLL 4 Li, B  NHL 17 Li, MM 14 cases) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNC) in T cell receptor rearrangement excision DNA loop (T  cell receptor rearrangement excision circles, TREC) levels and, based on peripheral blood CD3-positive rate of CD3 cells, TREC levels. 5 cases of ALL  CR patients and 17 cases of normal peripheral blood served as controls. The results show that normal peripheral blood TREC copy number of 3.76 ± 3.42 / 1 000 PBMNC and 5.87 ± 4.96 / 1 000 CD3 cells, while the B-cell tumor TREC group were significantly lower than normal level, the level of their TREC B  ALL in adults is 0.53 ± 1.52 copies / 1 000 PBMNC and 2.01 ± 3.93 copies / 1 000 CD3 cells (p = 0.0005 and p = 0.0123), in the B  CLL to 0.11 ± 0.15 copies / 1 000 PBMNC, 0.23 ± 0.27 copies / 1 000 CD3 cells (p = 0.0015 and p = 0.0381), in the B  NHL to 0.71 ± 1.34 copies / 1 000 PBMNC (p = 0.0017), in the MM to 0.53 ± 0.90 copies / 1 000 PBMNC (p = 0.0018). ALL  CR group TREC levels were also lower than normal levels of B  ALL group of children TREC levels were significantly higher than the adult group. Conclusion: The various types of B cell tumors of recent thymic output of naive T cell function were significantly reduced, large individual differences in the patients achieved complete remission when the recent thymic output function has not yet been restored, suggesting that the patient has the need for dynamic observation.
