关于提请HT-JV提供施工图纸的函件

根据2011年1月14日我们收到的“工程开工日期通知”（文函号HT-30CL-SLLS-CW2-A0011），通知实施本项目的开工日期为2011年5月20日。现在距离开工日期已不到一周了。
According to January 14, 2011 we receive of the“ project start date notice ” （Letter HT-30CL-SLLS-CW2-A0011）, The notice of implementation date for project is on May 20, 2005.

工程即将开工了，请HT-JV尽快提供施工图纸，因为我们根据施工图纸才能做如下准备：
The project will start later on.Please HT-JV supply construction drawings as quickly as possible. Because we according to construction drawings that we can make preparation as follows .
提交实施性的技术措施和生产加工车间图。
To provide for actionability of technical measures
And Manufacturing shop drawing
采购符合规格要求的施工材料，材料采购还需要一定的采购周期。
To purchase materials that meet the requirement prescribed .and the procurement of materials still needs a procurement period
加工材料，如锚杆、钢拱架等需要一定的周期。
Work material, such as anchor rod .steel rib etc need a certain cycle
混凝土施工用的钢模台车加工、异型模板加工，闸门及其埋件等金属结构制作和运输需要一定的周期。
Steel form carrier processing，special-shaped steel formwork processing for concrete placing and strobe ,embedded part metal construction needs some cycle for manufactured and transportation;
如果因为图纸下发不及时造成了工期延误等问题，我们要求工期顺延并不承担相应的责任。
We require that project postpone and do not assume any responsibility,. if it were the drawing not down in time, that causing a delayed schedule etc .
