[Method] 62 patients with Renault were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all 31 cases, the treatment group were combined BYHWD Dangguisini soup nifedipine tablets for the control group. [Results] treatment group 18 cases, 10 cases and 3 cases, total effective rate 90.3%. control group, 9 cases were markedly effective in 10 cases, 12 cases, total effective rate 61.3% . The total effective rate between the two groups, P lt;0.05. [Conclusion] BYHWD Angelica Sini Decoction combined significant effect Renault disease. [Method] Randomly divide 62 cases into treatment group (31) and control one (31), the treatment group take Buyang Huangwu Decoction and Angelica Sini Decoction, control one Nifedipine Tablets. [Result] In treatment group, 18 cases had marked effect, 10 effect, 3 no effect, total effective rate was 90.3%, 9,10,12 and 61.3% respectively for other group, comparison of both, P lt;0.05. [Conclusion ] Buyang Huangwu Decoction and Angelica Sini Decoction have obvious effect on Raynaud’s Disease.
