 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 Children with asthma treatment compliance factors of Clinical Investigation 【Abstract】 Objective: To survey and analysis of children with asthma treatment compliance of influencing factors. Methods: 372 cases of children with asthma due to poor compliance did not affect the efficacy of formal treatment conducted a questionnaire survey of 156 cases, statistics and analysis of the causes of poor compliance in children. Results: 156 cases (accounting for 41.94% of the total diagnosed) interruption of treatment or non-standard medication, their compliance with the order of influence factors suspected diagnosed (accounting for 53.85%), too cumbersome and lengthy treatment (accounting for 33.97%), right efficacy of dissatisfaction (accounting for 23.08%), fear of adverse drug reactions (accounting for 22.44%) and economic reasons (accounting for 15.38%) and so on. Conclusion: Children with asthma treatment compliance by many factors, a comprehensive intervention should take positive measures to improve compliance in children with use of drugs. Methods: Among 372 cases of asthma in children a survey was conducted of 156 cases with poor efficacy because of low compliance and an analysis was done statistically in search for the causes of thepoor compliance. Results: The treatment of the 156 cases (41.94%) was interrupted or with non  standardized medication, with the influencing factors of the compliance as the following: doubts on the diagnosis of doctors (53.85%), dislike of the tediousness and the long duration of the treatment (33.97%), dissatisfaction with the effects (23.08%), worry about drug side  effects (22.44% ) and economic reasons (15.38%),
