Results 3 groups containing serum can inhibit rat mesangial cell proliferation, among the three groups compared to the role of Tongmai oral liquid group is superior to RA group and 37 groups. ELISA results showed that: Tongmai oral liquid drug-containing serum can inhibit mesangial cells secrete IL-1β . Conclusion Chinese herbal compound ‘Tongmai oral solution’ inhibit mesangial cell proliferation and LPS-induced mesangial cell production of IL-1β , glomerular mesangial cells are Tongmai oral prevention and treatment of chronic nephritis, delayed renal hardened ball, one of the important target cells.
