     PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 8 Chinese white soup PUVA treatment of vitiligo with local observation and nursing care [Abstract] Objective To investigate the white soup with Chinese local PUVA PUVA treatment of vitiligo and nursing observation points. Methods Decoction Decoction of white, local small UVA light irradiation were 68 cases of outpatient treatment of vitiligo were recorded parts of the target lesions , number, size and outcome, to take timely measures to mitigate adverse effects. The results of 68 cases total 142 target lesions 6 months after treatment, the total effective rate was 95%, cure rate 43.7%; 68 cases, 3 cases of light toxic reaction is too strong, to take corresponding measures to continue to care and complete treatment. Conclusion white Chinese soup with safe and effective local PUVA treatment of vitiligo, but treatment should pay attention to strengthening the nursing observation, individual cases of adverse reactions should take appropriate and timely specialist care measures. [Keywords:] Chinese white soup; local PUVA; vitiligo; Care [Abstract] Objective The purpose of this study was to expropriate clinical observation and preventing side-effect during course of treatment using traditional Chinese medicine combined PUVA method in vitiligo.Methods Total 68 patients had been treated with this method and lasted three course of treatment. During period of treatment, observation of therapeutic condition had been taken closely and local PUVA treat interval could be adjusted according to side effect condition.Results In total 68 cases, side effect had been happened in 3 cases (4.41%). And treatment had been delayed in these cases.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined PUVA method is a valuable and effective treatment tool for vitiligo.
