Methods 60 patients (94 eyes) with visually impaired children, atropine mydriasis optometry and vision correction according to circumstances, to give the corresponding cover, drugs and combination therapy with low vision training 1 year of treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1 year 87.23% total efficiency, the basic recovery rate of 34.04%, improvement rate of 53.19%, 12.77% invalid. of which mild to moderate amblyopia treatment is better than severe amblyopia (P lt;0.005) . Conclusions adopted in amblyopic children atropine mydriasis optometry, wear the right glasses, combined with cover, drugs and training, comprehensive treatment of amblyopia, can obtain satisfactory results. Conclusion The comprehensive therapy with glasses, covering, medication, fine training is an effective method in treating amblyopia.
