Congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension Urotensin Ⅱ calcitonin gene-related peptide and endothelin concentrations observed
[Abstract] Objective To observe the congenital heart disease (CHD) with pulmonary hypertension (PH) in patients before and after surgery Urotensin Ⅱ (U Ⅱ ), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) changes. Methods 42 cases of congenital heart disease according to their pulmonary artery systolic pressure were divided into non-PH group, mild PH group, moderate PH group, severe PH group. Radioimmunoassay used in each group before and after operation U Ⅱ , CGRP and ET levels were analyzed with the pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) relationship. Results ① U Ⅱ preoperative levels among the three groups no significant differences, U Ⅱ and the PAP has nothing to do; CGRP levels increased with the PAP and the reduction; ET content increased and increased as the PAP. ② U Ⅱ patients in each group no significant changes in preoperative; CGRP levels in each group increased as compared with the preoperative significant difference; in each group ET was reduced, as compared with the preoperative significant difference. Conclusion U Ⅱ levels no significant correlation with PAP levels; CGRP and ET formation and vascular remodeling in PH to play an important role in pulmonary hypertension may be as a measure of the extent and nature of key indicators.

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the changes and significance of pre-and post-operative urotensin Ⅱ (U Ⅱ ), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) complicated whth pulmonary hypertension (PH). METHODS 42 CDH patients with left-to-right shunt were divided into four groups according to pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP): group A was not pulmonary hypertension, group B
