Methods 123 cases of hand, foot and chapped patients were randomly divided into treatment group 62 cases, 61 cases in control group. Control group was given urea ointment; treatment group was given compound ginseng cream. Topical 1 times a day sooner or later course of treatment for 4 weeks. The patient 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks were observed to record and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 100% and 57.4%, comparison between the two groups and efficient, with statistical significance (P = 0.000). Conclusion The compound ginseng chapped cream in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome with satisfactory results, and well tolerated, easy to use.
