Since the solar inverter is responsible for managing the output of the entire PV system, it must react dynamically to these changes. This is the only way to constantly always achieve the best possible energy yield from the solar modules. The dynamic reaction of the inverter is significantly determined by the MPP tracking: since MPP tracking is defined as the process of continually determining the operating point at which the PV generator achieves its maximum performance. The SMA development team has further improved this thoroughly proven elec- trical tracking process. The additional and extensive possibilities of the company’s own solar testing center allow the replication of conditions which change frequently and suddenly in reality.
