With the deepening development of minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic techniques have been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen. The implementation of this study of 34 cases of acute gastric ulcer perforation laparoscopic repair, results were satisfactory. Report are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Select from June 2007 to June 2008 the Fourth People’s Hospital of Xiaoshan, Zhejiang, 34 cases of acute intestinal perforation stomach 12 patients, 30 cases were males and 4 females. Age 19 to 68 years old, with an average (38.12 ± 5.32) years of age. History of gastric, duodenal ulcer history of 28 cases, ulcer history of two to 23 years, the average (4.12 ± 2.15) years, were treated without a formal medical system. Cases are expressed as upper abdominal pain of sudden sustained, rapid diffuse and whole abdomen, with nausea and vomiting, abdominal breathing checkup showed disappearance of the entire abdominal tenderness rebound tenderness, obviously strained abdominal muscles, showing plate-like abdomen, upper abdomen particularly the liver dullness sector shrink or disappear, bowel sounds disappear. Preoperative abdominal X-ray film examination orthostatic showed 31 cases of subphrenic free gas, three cases of no free gas. Perforation to the operative time was 2 ~ 10 h, the average (3.51 ± 1.15) h.
