 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 Emergency outpatient hospital analysis of antimicrobial drug use [Abstract] Objective To understand the emergency patients in our hospital outpatient use of antimicrobial agents for the rational application of antimicrobial agents to provide the basis. Methods were randomly selected in November 2005 ~ November 2006 in our hospital outpatient emergency room patients with a total of 13,132 cases, according to clinical pharmacology knowledge and literature on the usage of antimicrobial drugs, drug type and frequency of use, compatibility mode, in conjunction with the situation and antibacterial drugs in cases of unreasonable classification and statistical analysis. Results A total of 13,132 cases of pre-trial cases, cases of 5434 cases of use of antimicrobial agents, antimicrobial drug utilization rate was 41.38 percent, involving 11 classes of 47 to a single joint medication, accounting for 78.51%, anti-bacterial drug cases in 596 cases of irrational drug use, respectively in solvent use, dosage regimen, pharmacological effects and the merger of drug administration problems. Conclusion hospital emergency outpatient use of antimicrobial agents basically rational, but there are some issues still need to further improve the use of antimicrobial agents.
