Methods 90 patients with mild - moderate hypertension in patients with elevated β 2-MG, using randomized, single-blind method were randomly divided into 3 groups: enalapril group (30 cases), irbesartan group (30 cases) and non-Luo amlodipine group (30 cases) were given enalapril 10 ~ 20 mg / d, irbesartan 75 ~ 150 mg / d, felodipine 5 mg / d for 12 weeks, clinic blood pressure were measured before and after treatment, the dynamic blood pressure and blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, and serum β 2-MG.
