Methods original cells were divided into control group, ox LDL (6,12.5,25 mg / L) injury group, felodipine (0.1,1.0,10 mol / L) + ox LDL (25mg / L) intervention group, using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of eNOS, iNOS mRNA levels of nitrate reductase determination of the concentration of NO in culture supernatant. Results ox LDL injured endothelial cells, eNOS, iNOS mRNA and NO increased compared with the control group; ox LDL felodipine reduced endothelial cell damage in the expression of iNOS and increase their generation of NO. Conclusion of low concentrations of felodipine could inhibit the ox LDL induced expression of iNOS mRNA, increased NO generation, play its protective endothelial cell function.
