 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 Gastric cancer of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α expression and its relationship with the VDGF [Abstract] [Objective] To investigate the gastric cancer tissue hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α ) expression and its relationship with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) relationship. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry SP method detected 80 cases of gastric cancer in the HIF-1α , VEGF expression and 30 cases of gastric cancer adjacent atypical hyperplasia, 30 cases of gastric normal tissues as controls; analysis of HIF-1α , VEGF and Gastric Cancer pathological factors and prognosis. [Results] HIF-1α and VEGF positive expression in gastric cancer were 47.5% (38/80) and 71.3% (57/80), significantly higher than the typical organization of gastric cancer and gastric non-adjacent normal tissue (P amp;lt;0.05). HIF-1α , VEGF and the TNM staging of gastric cancer and tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and other related (P amp;lt;0.05), and histological grading. Gastric cancer HIF-1α and VEGF expression was significantly positively correlated (r = 0.328, P amp;lt;0.01). [Conclusion] HIF-1α , VEGF were overexpressed in gastric cancer and gastric cancer invasion, metastasis and prognosis are closely related to, HIF-1α may be through up-regulating VEGF expression in gastric cancer occurrence and development play an important role.
