Methods A25 35 induced NG108 15 cells were added after cell models of Alzheimer tetrahydroxystilbene cultured NG108 15 cells observed status, survival, neurite rate and the average length of neurite. The results compared with the cell model, stilbene glycosides to a certain extent, inhibited A25 35 dementia cell injury, cell growth, in good condition, cell survival, neurite rate and the average length of processes compared with the model group were significantly different (P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01. CONCLUSIONS A25 35 glucoside on cell injury induced NG108 15 has a protective effect. The growth state, survival rate, neurite outgrowth and average length of outgrowth of NG108 15 cells were observed.Results TSG could protect NG108 15 cells from A25 35 damage. Compared with model group, the morphology, survival rate, neurite outgrowth and average length of outgrowth of NG108 15 cells were significant difference from TSG group (P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01). Conclusion TSG can protect the NG108 15 cellular injury induced by A25 35.
