Methods Rat model of endometriosis, using immunohistochemistry SP method detected in ectopic endometrium of estrogen receptor ( ER), progesterone receptor (PR) expression and estrous cycles were observed by vaginal smear. The results re-house rather high, medium and low dose could significantly reduce the ectopic endometrial ER, PR expression and a significant improvement of endometriosis rat estrous cycle (P lt;0.05). Conclusion house rather complex ectopic endometrial cells through the inhibition of ER, PR play a therapeutic role in the synthesis and with the overall regulatory role. Estrum was observed by vagina smear method. ResultsAlldoses of FGN could obviously lower the expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis model rats and ameliorate their estrum (P lt;0.05). ConclusionFGN can limit its growth of ectopic endometrium by lowering the expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium, and can adjust the rat whole.
