Conclusion antenatal care should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of large children, large children’s efforts to improve the level of prenatal diagnosis; to risk factors for children under the huge huge children’s appropriate to relax the indications for cesarean delivery to reduce maternal and child injury, avoid medical disputes.
