Methods A retrospective analysis of pathologically confirmed 31 cases of tuberculosis of the hip CT, MRI image data. Results of hip joint tuberculosis of the main CT, MRI performance : (1) lesions were solitary; (2) bone destruction of the articular surface, may have hardened edges; (3) joint soft tissue swelling, abscess and calcification; (4) widening or narrowing of joint space, joint space effusion; (5) joint adjacent to osteoporosis; (6) joint dislocation and other. MRI showed better range of lesions and lesions generally as low-signal T1WI, T2WI as a high signal voltage high signal fat, enhance see enhancement. Conclusion CT manifestations of hip tuberculosis are generally able to diagnose clinical, MRI showed lesions on the essential before surgery. Methods Imaging data of 31 cases with tuberculosis of hip joint confirmed by pathology and surgery were analyzed retrospectively.
