Methods Cromasil C18 column (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm), column temperature 40 ℃, acetonitrile -0.15% pentane sodium perchlorate buffer (pH4.5) - acetonitrile (45:55) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0ml/min, detection wavelength 254nm, injection volume 20μl. The results of the chromatographic conditions, trimebutine maleate in the 20.35 ~ 286.22μg / ml concentration range and its peak area showed good linear relationship (r = 0.9999, n = 5). Three concentration levels of samples, the average recovery was 100.5% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, specific, can be used as trimebutine maleate sustained release tablets detection methods. Methods The separation and analysis was performed on a C18 column (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm), column temperature 40 ℃, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-perchloric acid buffer (45:55). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 254nm.Loaded volume was 20μl. Results A good linear relationship was obtainted in the trimebutine maleate 20.35 ~ 286.22μg/ml (r = 0.9999, n = 5). The average recovery was 100.5% (n = 9).
