Results adenosine injection volume of 0.010 5 ~ 0.314 4μ g showed good linearity within the relationship, r = 0.999 99 (n = 7). The average recovery rate of adenosine 100.1%, RSD of 1.81% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, and reproducible. ResultsThe calibration curve of adenosine was linear over the range of was 0.0105 ~ 0.3144μ g. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 99 (n = 7). The average recovery of adenosine was 100.1%, RSD = 1.81% (n = 6). ConclusionThe method is accurate, simple and highly repeatable.
