Methods HPLC, column was Agilent ZORBAX ODS column, methanol  acetonitrile (volume ratio 25:75) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength 290 nm, column temperature is 40 ℃ . The results of vitamin E in the 32.9 ~ 291.1 μ g / mL within the linear relationship between the average recovery was 99.9%, RSD of 1.0% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can effectively control the quality of the preparation. Methods An Agilent ZORBAX ODS column was used to analysis the sample by using methanol  acetontril (25:75) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL * min-1 and detective wavelength 290 nm.Results The standard curve for vitamin E was linear in the concentration range of 32.9 ~ 291.1 μ g / mL. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD 1.0% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable for the quality control of wheat germ oil.
