 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 12 Island region in children with asthma allergens skin prick test analysis of test results 【Abstract】 Objective: The children with asthma allergen skin prick test results analyzed to understand the pathogenesis of asthma allergens factors to diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The pediatric inpatient and outpatient hospital 114 cases of children with allergy skin prick test, using normal saline as negative control and histamine as positive control, to analyze the situation on the allergens. Results: 114 cases of bronchial asthma in children with allergy skin test positive rate of 82.5%, of which the highest rate of dust mite-positive, accounting for 78.2%. Inhaled allergen in positive or strongly positive for multi-food allergen to mostly weak positive, and more with the positive co-existence of inhaled allergens, inhaled allergens, the positive rate is significantly higher than the positive rate of food allergen. Conclusion: The dust mite is an island children in the region the most common allergens. Allergen skin prick test can help diagnose, and prevention and treatment of asthma and immune therapy. Result: The total positive rate of 114 children with asthma was 82.5% and the Dust mites hold the top one (78.2%). The positive rate of inhaled allergens was much higher than that of food allergens.Conclusions: Dust mites is the most common sensibilisinogen in asthmatic children in island areas. Skin prink test can conduce to diagnosis and offer evidence to the prevention and treatment for asthma.
