Methods Retrospective analysis of 72 patients with knee contusion low field MRI. Results of 72 cases X-ray were normal. MRI examination 72 patients with bone contusion showed low signal in T1WI, T2WI showed high signal or a mixed high signal state is unclear, as on the STIR was significantly high signal, the realm of clear, 51 cases with meniscus injuries, 43 cases with ligament injury, 19 cases consolidation of articular cartilage injury, 3 cases with epiphyseal plate injury, 64 cases with joint effusion. Conclusion Low field MRI can clearly show the bone contusion and severity of lesions and accurately determine the damage of other joints, for clinical treatment and prognosis provide the basis for assessment. Conclusions Low field MRI can clearly show out the lesion characteristics and severe degree of bone contusions and can demonstrate the injuries of other joint structures; it provided proof for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
