Methods: A total of 197593 medical records from 2∞9 to 2013 were extracted. We use the structura1 variation degree and structural change to perform statistical analysis , then use the recursive system model to analyze the impact of relevant factors on the hospital costs. Results: The cost structure among different diseases V红y a lot. The proportion of drug cost was high and the items reflecting technology and skill is low. It shows that the indexes such as gender, year, diseases, whether admitted for the first time, whether under medica1 insurance, whether surgery not only have a direct impact, but also have indirect effects on the cost of hospitalization, while the indexes such as patients resource just have direct effects on the cost of hospitalization Conclusion: Shortenìng the length of hospìtalìzation and optìmizìng the structure of costs are the key pointsωreduce the hosp?talization expense.
