Middle-level cadres in public hospitals evaluation methods of the present investigation and study
[Abstract] Objective of the current middle-level cadres in the hospital (the functions of Chief of Section) evaluation surveys and studies to understand the middle-level cadres and assessment by the evaluation of assessment methods, pointing out strengths and areas for improvement, and provides countermeasures for hospitals to improve middle-level cadres, and provide a theoretical basis for examination. Methods of middle-level cadres questionnaire method used to collect data, using statistical analysis software SPSS11.0; pairs of middle-level cadre examination by using interviews to collect data. The results of hospital middle-level cadres of the existing assessment methods evaluate the level of close to satisfactory; assessment of the shortcomings of the approach to be taken to give the corresponding solution. Conclusion hospitals focus on two-way communication with the middle-level cadres, on the basis of assessment to grasp the needs of middle-level cadres, timely adjustments to improve the middle-level cadres in the hospital examination results.

[Abstract] Objective To learn middle-level managers attitude of the evaluation system of hospitals and find out advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system.We provide academic support for improving the evaluation system.Methods We collected data by means of investigation tables filled with middle-level managers of hospitals and of talk with evaluators.Results The mean of the satisfaction of the using evaluation system reaches the range of satisfaction.
