All the cases were closed reduction under the DSA Perspective us to improve the technology in conjunction with placement external fixation, early postoperative functional exercise to limb. Resulted in no cases of radial nerve injury in surgery complications in 42 patients with follow-up cases, the total outstanding rate of 95%, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion The minimally invasive surgical methods of treatment of humeral shaft the middle of the lower segment various types of fractures, is a simple, safe application of a fixed solid, effective ways to avoid the potential of open reduction and iatrogenic injury and secondary surgery pain.
