Method was observed by immunohistochemistry 60 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa in paraffin MMP 2, 9 protein expression . Results MMP 2 expression in gastric cancer was 75%, MMP 9 expression in gastric cancer was 68.3%, were significantly higher than the surrounding normal tissue (P lt;0.05). MMP 2 and 9 expression and gastric cancer depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and tumor clinical stage (P lt;0.05). and MMP 2 expression and MMP 9 expression was positively correlated (P lt;0.05). Conclusion MMP 2 and 9 in gastric cancer was significantly high expression, and invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and its abnormal expression may be involved in gastric cancer, development, testing MMP 2, 9 may be used as a reference indicator pathological features of gastric cancer.
