Methods: 13 patients with urological patients, routine pelvic plain and enhanced CT scans, contrast agent filling the bladder to be satisfied, further thin spiral CT scan of bladder region, the application line workstation for image post-processing into CTVE imaging. All patients had cystoscopy control. bladder cancer patients from the surgical pathology. Results: Of the 13 patients the diagnosis of bladder tumor in 9 cases, 3 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (1 case with bladder diverticulum), 1 case of cystitis glandularis. CTVE check missed 1 case of cystitis glandularis, the rest have received the correct diagnosis. Clinical diagnosis of bladder cancer was 100%. Conclusion: CTVE image image intuitive, not only multi-angle observations of bladder tumor cavity shape, through a combination of axial CT and multiplanar reconstruction of tumor infiltration in the bladder wall can clearly show the scope of the diagnosis of bladder cancer has a good value.
