PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Nephrotic syndrome renal dysfunction and tubulointerstitial pathological damage correlation Authors: Rong Wu Li Ran Shao Shan mountain white wave [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the primary nephrotic syndrome (NS) in patients with clinical renal tubular dysfunction and tubulointerstitial damage associated pathology Methods: A retrospective analysis of 2006 - 2008 Parallel renal biopsy diagnosed in September biopsy in 82 patients with primary NS, tubulointerstitial pathological changes observed, and semi-quantitative score, also measured in patients with renal dysfunction indicators - retinol binding protein (RBP), urinary 1-microglobulin @ (@ 1 MG), N acetyl β D glucosaminidase in urine (NAG) levels were observed renal dysfunction and tubulointerstitial damage associated pathology results: different pathological types of primary NS patients with tubulointerstitial pathological damage and quality of urine RBP, @ 1 MG, NAG levels were different (P lt;0.05), tubulointerstitial pathological damage in patients with severe urinary RBP, @ 1 MG, NAG was significantly higher (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: The original NS-onset renal dysfunction in patients with tubulointerstitial pathological damage is closely related to renal function test, to some extent, the pathological evaluation of patients with tubulointerstitial injury. [Keywords] nephrotic syndrome tubulointerstitial pathology Abstract Objective: To investigate the relationship between tubular dysfunctions and tubulointerstitial lesions in patients with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods: The pathological changes of 82 patients with idiopathic NS and the biochemical tests about renal tubular functions, retinol binding protein (RBP), @ 1 Microglobulin (@ 1 MG) and N Acetyl beta D Glucosaminidase (NAG), were investigated. Results: The degree of tubular dysfunctions and levels of urine RBP, @ 1 MG and NAG differed between different forms of glomerular diseases (P lt;0.05
